At Arcadia, each building project undertaken by our team follows a step-by-step schedule before commencing the work on the project, we get down to what our client wants and if it fits their schedule. Exploring each option is to settle any potential disruption that may arise later into the construction. Here’s what you can expect from the Arcadia Experience,
Initial consultation is an opportunity for you to discuss your vision (single storey, multi-storey or multi-dwelling development ), ideas and individual requirements. This includes budget and time constraints.
A preliminary works agreement is a mutual agreement between you and Arcadia Builders Pty ltd. Once the deposit has been paid, we can bring a Design Architect and an Engineer on board.
As we chart the structure of your house, our consultant will advise you on the practical aspects of your ideas.This is a test-run of your wish list.
At this stage, our Consultant will prepare a quote, discuss all inclusions and any upgrades of your request. Once the quote has been finalised, you will meet with our Sales Consultant to sign all necessary building contracts.
Once the design of your home has been finalised, we will work with the relevant Council authorities on your behalf to gain planning and Building approval.
Arcadia team will be on call to answer any questions you may have during the building process. You will be given weekly updates about the consistency of the project.
We will handover the documents and the keys to your new home after the final cleaning and inspection.
